The spacer is not a commercial part: I designed it, then handcrafter make it for me.
Since looks to be generally well accepted, it may be became a business...
I can't help you with any info about the mirror's vibrations I'm suck at work for a while. But interesting about the difference in US and Euro versions and the price.
