Everytime I fill up, I spend ages trickling the last few drops into my tank - and each time I swear I'm going to do the mod. Maybe this winter I'll find the time.

There's really only one reason for our high prices, (and sorry, it's not the place of origin, the navy or our refineries). It's tax. Thanks to a very generous $/£ exchange rate the annual membership for us Brits currently equates to just ten quid - equivalent to:
