Accessory connection
Hi all, just scored a very nice 2005 1150R in Yellow and ?????? I want to add an accessory socket and think I have found the correct wires/plug just above the Solenoid but can't find any details as to what colour these should be if they are the correct ones. Those in question are Brown and Red/white with a two pin connector attached. I would be grateful if someone could confirm this is the correct wire.

Re: Accessory connection
Doesn't your R have one on the starter cover?
Re: Accessory connection
Yes, the red/white stripe is Fuse3 power for socket.southerndreamer wrote:Hi all, just scored a very nice 2005 1150R in Yellow and ?????? That connector plugs into the socket assembly:

01 29 7 663 960 INSTALL.INSTRUCTIONS, PLUG-IN SOCKET
Rockster#2, K1300S, S1000R (for sale)

Re: Accessory connection
Thanks for the prompt replies. The side cover does have a hole with a plug where the socket will go when I get one.
