1st Spring Ride

Post by mad1150 »

We went for our first 4 hr ride today, nothing spectacular, and sorry but no great pictures yet. Still it was nice to be out again!

But when we got home our son also had a "Great Ride"

This is the kid who last fall was afraid to get his new 4-wheeler dirty:

He was riding through this very wet drainage ditch on our property:

...another view with our house in the backround:

Now that's a Great Ride!

If I were a kid, I would be so jealous.

Who am I kidding, I am jealous now.
I was dreaming when I wrote this, forgive me if it goes astray...

Chris,

Yes, those are down spouts. The roof basically has a drainage system because we have basements (a level with cement walls and floors below the first floor, in case you don't have them in the UK) here in the midwest.

We can't wait to get him out to a one of the local Motocross mini-tracks!
Oh crap who am I kidding, I can't wait to take my turn too! In fact we're looking for a larger used ATV to ride with him.

We're all hooked!

Mark:

He's the cutest! He never does give a full smile in any of those pics. I think he is afraid you are taking his picture for evidence rather than memories and he is maybe a little uncertain about whether or not he is in trouble! Great photos and I bet he had a blast. Thanks.
