ESA not working!!

Today I tried making the R a little sportier and adjust the setting from soft to normal, NOTHING is showing, not the one helmet not the normal, soft or sport options. Usually with the tire monitor; when it goes nuts I turn the bike off and it all resets and works fine. Not so with the ESA.
Any tricks I know not of??

Israel , I did not get that option. I don't know how many of us did.

I ordered that option but unfortunately I am still awaiting the bike so I can't try it out yet.
