Service Manual - available on CD?

I believe I have seen one or two references of service manuals on CD. Does anyone know (1) if they exist, (2) whether they are any good, and (3) where they can be had from? Beyond that, what service manual is the most recommended?

I have a pdf of the manual..it is 17 meg, and too large to send as an email attachment.

If no-one posts an online source, I would be willing to burn a copy and mail it to you.

Also, eBay has sevaral. I bought my MT-01 cd on eBay. It works fine, but it is a copy. The AutoCD place makes the real thing.
