Nice eye candy at my local BMW dealer...

Post by DJ Downunder »

Moto One sells..BMW's..Ducati's..MV Agusta's and Cagiva's... http://www.moto-one.com.au/

When I was there the other day having my new tires fitted I was checking out the new bikes and the salesman said.."you should check out the new F4 upstairs".

So I did...OMG...it was beautiful....it's one of a limited production...worth about $80,000...

The owner that bought it was going to park it in his lounge room and have it just for looking at...

my local BMW shop (150+ miles way) had one of those in the showroom last time I was there.

I must admit, I touched it in an inappropriate manner...

The F4 does nothing for me. Now, the Brutale...that's a different animal.
Cogito Ergo Vroom - I think therefore I ride.

Funny, most F4 owners (I know) would rather sit & look at it than ride it. What does THAT say? Brutale owners too. Me? If $$ were no issue I'd buy 2 - one to ride it like it was meant to be ridden, and one for spares. Actually, if $$ were not an issue, I'd have a ton of other bikes before these, but that's another thread. Then, only time would be the issue.

I saw that bike at the local Italian dealer.

Why can't BMW make the rear of the new R1200S look that good. See the detail on the rear exhaust. I really like the S, but the exhaust is so bad its almost freaky.

The 1200s exhaust looks sorta "perineal" doesn't it!

The MV rear looks far too busy for my liking. It needs to be tightened up a bit, but not as tight as the 1200s. :?
Cheers...and stay horizontal!
