When I give trottle again it runs "normal" but with a little delay. But if I grab the clutch, the engine is not running.
Why?

If I'm understanding you you're saying the engine is quitting when you use the engine for engine braking and when you pull in the clutch (with no throttle it dies. My first guess is the idle is too low allowing the engine to prematurely die. When fully warmed the 1150 engine should idle at 1100 rpm. Check to see if it's idling too low.

right side throttle cable out of whack?
2002 R1150R. Helmets save more lives than loud pipes.

Thats right towerworker. I will check out the idling rpm.
