According to the fuel pump recall, there are 2,163 US R1200Rs affected from 2007 to 2011. Assuming that is all bikes in the US, that is sales of 432 bikes per year.
For reference:
12,996 R1200GS 2005-2011
6,201 R1200GSA 2006-2011
12,542 R1200RT 2005-2011
No wonder it so rare to see a roadster.

Oh no, I have two concerns. 1, I have not had any fuel leaks or fuel strip issues(hoping this doesn't open a can of worms) 2, This means that I may be @ the dealer in March and I have bought many a motorcycle in march.Whats on the menu??
ASK WHY

I need the brake line recall done also. My concern is what will they break when their 'fixing' these problems.
That number looks really low for roadsters sold in the US. Around here (Jersey Shore) their all over the place - most likely because Don keeps telling people what great bikes they are.
