Clutch slave cylinder bleeding Instructional
Found awesome information on the valve adjustment, rocker arm clearance and abs service but have not been able to locate a similar treatment on the clutch slave cylinder flush. Can someone help me? I prefer to do my own service work where I can. It's one of the things I love about the bike. Many thanks.

just did mine on the rt after replacement. same as doing brakes. but you have to take out the hex head bolt and put in a 10mm bleeder nipple in it's place. there is a spring loaded check ball under that hex head that is held open once you screw a std bleeder nipple in there. suck your dot 4 fluid out of the master with a syringe,re-fill,pump up,open bleeder, close bleeder pump up and repeat just like brakes.. i was surprized how quick mine behaved. no trouble with air at all. when topped off master cylinder level should end up 1/2 way up the circle window like the brake master with handlebars straight.

Here's some. Pics are gone though. On the R, you have to check the fluid level when the bike is on the SIDE stand and the handlebar turned to the RIGHT. If you have the owners manual, it will tell you how to check the proper levels.

I personally like to use the Mityvac tool in this and the brake bleeds.
