Battery and source

Please recommend a good source for a replacement battery and maybe an appropriate battery (2004 R1150R).

Need to take a look at the TruGel batteries. 100% Gel - most batteries are AGM and call themselves Gel. You can drill a hole in the side and nothing comes out of a TruGel - plus they carry a 2 year warranty. Make sure to take a look at them before you buy anything.

Sounds good. Do you have a source and model # for the TruGel battery for the R1150R.

Check with your local dealer - they can get them from Tucker Rocky Distributing. They are new to the market just this year and from what I have heard, they are quite the thing. I believe the model for the r1150r is an mg51913 but your dealer can verify.
