Anyone intalled pivotpegz on R1150R

Hey gang,

Been a while since I posted so good to be back. Okay, I finally saved up a few pennies and purchased some PivotPegz for my 2002 R1150R. I purchased the PivotPegz that would fit an R1150GS or R1150GS adventure. Ordered from AS BMW and they were nice enough to say that if it didn't work out I could send them back. Well, I took off one of the stock foot pegs last night and gave it a shot but it really appears that it is not going to work. I didn't want to go at it too hard since I most likely will be returning the part but I would like to know has anyone installed these on a R1150R?

Maybe I should use the stock spring and compared to the spring that came with the PivotPegz. Feedback is welcome.

Talk to the guy that was selling them at the MOA Rally. Said they wont fit but was hoping by next year to have some made that would fit the R and the RT. Try the spring and let us know if that works.

Thanks for the reply. That is kind of what I figured. Time to box them up and ship them back.

I was told that the PP-11MK2 would fit my 2003 R1150R but I didn't actually purchase them so I can't say for sure.

"We have done some research and we have been informed that our Pivot Pegz part # PP-11MK2 should fit your bike."
