Side Stand/Center Stand Maintenance

The recommended maintenance schedule calls for maintenance on the side and center stand. Does anyone know what you are supposed to do besides lube the stand and what you use for the lubrication? Thanks in advance

Grease the pivots and I would guess general inspection for corrosion, broken springs, cracked welds etc etc...

Inspect the side stand kill switch. If it gets dirty and fails you won't be able to start the bike.
