Bluetooth Intercom

Post by homerr1150r »

Hi I am going to buy an Intercom set for myself and pillion, I would like a bluetooth set so I have no wires to worry about. Can anyone recommend make model etc, I would like it to work with my phone as well. I am completely new to this so any help would be good. We both have Shoei MultiTec helmelts with flip fronts.

Thanks

+1. Blueant Interphone. Great product!! Bought a set for me an the gf before we went to the Gap. Used them practically all 2700 miles of our trip. Waterproof, easy to use, and you can use them bike to bike if ever needed. Cheapest place to get them is newegg.com, their prices are even better than fleabay
See, I told you guys, half the time I dont know what I'm talking about.

@ johny
but blueant doesnot work well for me. I bought it at the end of january. but I waste dissapointed after using it. it was not like the one I was thinking to be. I thought they would have improved the quality. They haven’t – the quality of the conversation above 60 is not good. I will soon return it.

@ clay
same is the problem with me. I bought the interphone new f4 and I would not recommend it. It is clunky to use and the voice quality over 60km is ordinary

Purchased a IMC Camos BTS 300 last year. Works well with my iPhone. Bluetooth streams music from iTunes and auto mutes when the phone rings. It is set to auto answer. After the caller hangs up the music returns. Very slick unit and I'm happy so far. I haven't purchased a second one for intercom use, but I'm sure someone out there has and can comment on it.
