For any NYC/Long Island folks who aren't that comfortable having your bike serviced in the 212 area code I just noticed that a new BMW dealership opened up on Long island in New Hyde Park. They are:

They are also authorized dealers for ducati, polaris, triumph and some other niche brands. I called this morning and asked a woman who answered the phone how long they have been a BMW dealer and she said " Three weeks now" . She also mentioned their mechanic came from Manhattan BMW though at 9:45 am their service manager was not in yet...
But hey since Long Island's population is greater than 38 of the 50 states in USA it's nice that they finally have their own BMW bike dealership again!
