Try to find another one if you can and battle out a price, remember mileage doesn't mean too much. But if not, who cares. You'll love the bike. I dove in and just went for it. No regrets

Just wondering. What lead you to want this bike?

First post here...I was just looking at that same bike. It's on eBay from BMW of Orlando, right?

I currently ride a 2003 naked Suzuki Bandit 1200 (B12). I have to say I've become somewhat enamored with the green Rockster, but I think this one is a bit pricey, even with the low mileage.

I love my Bandit and tour with it using soft Nelson Rigg bags. I guess I just tend to get bored and would like something that has hard-bags that were designed for the bike (Givi bags look like an afterthought on the B12, in my opinion), hence the fact I'm looking at the Rockster.

I'm just finding it hard to convince myself to spend the $8000+ for the BMW when I spent $3500 fr my B12 and have less than $1500 additional invested in mods/maintenance.

Maybe you guys can talk me into the buying the Rockster (or a K1200R) ;)!

ended buying a 2001 R1100RT-P 23,000 miles
I know its a far cry from a rockster, but its another bike I always wanted
plus since it was a police bike comes with alot of extras.

Neato. Do have the siren still. And that megaphone would come in handy. :P

bottom one is the 1100, top is the 1150.

I'm SORELY tempted by the 1200RT-P and will very likely get one once they're available 2nd hand.... ;)
