Painting the orang/green fairings a different colour?

How do I do that and make it look nice?
Do I sand them first?

What brand or type of paint do I use?
Spraypaint?

Anyone pay to get there wheels done?
If so how much?

Also, I dinged the side of my tank when unloading the bike from a trailor when I moved. Fairly minor. The stickers I wanna remove hide it well. But I'd like to remove those.
Anyone get there tank undinged?
