Has anyone here had to remove the rear wheel on their R1200R?
Are there any tricks to it?

R1200R rear wheel removal
I removed my rear wheel this week to install a hugger from Nippy Normans. It was pretty straighforward.
I used the tools provided in the tool kit underneath the seat. With the bike turned off and on the center stand, I shifted the transmission into gear to keep the wheel from rotating when loosening the bolts.
I made sure to keep the wrench away from the rim at all times, i.e. pointed toward the center of the wheel, so I didn't scratch it. Five bolts in all.
Rotating the exhaust out of the way was also just as easy.
