Handlebar Manufacturers?

I want a more aggressive, forward posture when riding. I recently spent some time on the Rockster, and I loved the riding position. I am currently looking for Rockster bars in the buy/sell forum, but I would also like someone to recommend a reputable manufacturer of low bars. Thanks

The genuine BMW bars have cuts and holes for heated grips..any other type will need to be cut or drilled...IMO you'd be better sticking with BMW bars.

Renthal make a nice street fighter bar..it's a little like the rock bar but not as wide.

I wanted to change my bars real bad..but after 5 years I'm used to them and don't want to change now.

There are some aftermarket bars that are set up for BMW grips without modification. I have a set of Wunderlich Touring Wellness bars that allowed the reinstallation of the heated grips. I know the Touring Wellness is not the configuration that jthornejr was looking for, but Wunderlich makes a sport bar as well. It is called the Sportego and is an aluminum bar with a bend between the Rockster and the Roadster.

BMW of Santa Cruz handles the Wunderlich line in the USofA. I believe it is Motohansa downunder.

I recently saw some new bars from Wunderlich that were a little straighter than stock, but not Rockster-straight.
I don't even know where to get Wunderlich in the states anymore after the whole distributor fiasco about 2 years ago....perhaps San Jose BMW?

Call me a heretic, call me what you want, but to me one of the best sources of all kinds of handlebars, colors, shapes, angles, finish, ad infinitum Renthal.

You can just about find anything that suits your fancy and they wont send you to the poorhouse.
