Which Headlight Bulb?

My PIAA H4 bulb burned out, so I have to replace it. Question: has anyone installed the PIAA Super Plasma GTX bulb? How about HID?

I use a Philips 90/100 watt H4 bulb. I added relays so that I don't fry the headlight switch or wiring.

At $15, I suggest it is a better value than a PIAA bulb.
