Two K's..two R's..and two fat bottomed girls.

Post by DJ Downunder »

Yesterday was Marko's last day of his Christmas/New Year annual leave so we made the most of it with a ride down the Great Ocean Road.

This is what makes the GOR so famous..check out that road..we stopped to let the slow cars get ahead..then it was party time..and what a view.

Image

Oh yeah....those fat bottomed girls....here's my last pic..they were on the side of the road as we headed out of Lorne.. :D

sorry most pics now deleted to make room for more....

DJ, you're a walking, talking BMW advertisement. They should be paying you. These are some really great shots of the Beak.

And the girls are nice too...Doing that crazy dance.

DJ,

What a great picture looking at the road twisting to the ocean. Refering to Boxer, if that pic won't sell a bike, I'm not sure what would.

Thanks for the wonderful pictures.

Thanks once again, DJ. Excellent report, excellent pictures.

What's wrong with the way we cook bacon? :?

You really don't know.. :D ..we just cook it till it's cooked...

You guys cook it till it's cooked..and keep on cooking..till it a dried out shriveled up and crispy and crunchy...am I right?

Maybe you guys just like it that way..

That depends on where you go for the bacon - last weekend we had some cooked 'right'.

I missed the traditional DJ self image?

Nice pics.

I prefer my bacon Aussie Style then, wife likes it crispy. Next time we have it I'll tell her that DJ said she was cooking it wrong.

Excellent report as usual. Your reports may be good BMW advertisements but they sure as heck would make the Aussie tourism board proud too!

And you really take a lot of pains to be sure the bike is rolled right into the midst of the photo. Makes it very eye-catching.

DJ,

Thanks for the preview of my August vacation. I'm looking forward to it. Great pics as usual. No bikes on our planned trip, unfortunately. And amazingly enough, like many Australians, many Americans are actually not identical in they're tastes. I like my bacon chewy, my wife likes it crisp.

Great pics, nice ride. The older R's seem to be in amazing shape. Looks like you live in a beautiful area. Wish I could get out right now but the snow will keep us off the blacktop for another couple of months  Oh, well, good time to do maintenance and buy new stuff for spring. :)

Correction, older K's . . . brain fart . . . happens when U R over 45

Cooked cripsy, chewy, half-way raw, it's all good. Like my buddy says, you could wrap a dog-turd in bacon and it would taste good. :)

Nice!

DJ,

I like my bacon Aussie style, too. Now what is rabbit food and why would you eat it for breakfast?

Did you notice that green stuff on the plate...that's what rabbits eat.. :D.. only kidding.

About ten years ago we had this American chain of restaurants called Sizzler's and Denny's...I remember ordering bacon and eggs...and when it was served asking..what's that (pointing at the shriveled up crispy bacon) and being told..oh..that's the American way of cooking it...maybe that's why they didn't last here.. :D ..are they still going in the US..?

Here's Marko's pics.

Me giving him the big.. :smt023

Ok everyone...wave to me...and then take two steps back .. :D

Not sure about Sizzler, I don't recall many here in the east. Maybe they're still common out west. Denny's are pretty common though.

bacon

Post by wncbmw »

I vote for the floppy bacon. Denny's bacon will probably depend on how hungover the cook is!

I prefer Waffle House when I am hung over. There is always one cook who is sweatiing on the griddle.

A roommate of mine in college dated a girl who worked at Sizzler, and she was hot, hot, hot. Kinda psycho though.
