lowering the exhaust

does anyone know who makes an exhaust lowering kit. my goal is to have the ability to put a full size saddlebag on the left side of the bike

Or, much cheaper; get rid of the muffler.
Better sound, easier access of the rear wheel, reduces weight and it looks great.

Yes...BMW makes one....I run a full size left and have just removed the can like Boxerpunk.

btw..the fullsize left uses a different lower foot so you need to modify the case..or make a braket..or the lowering kit has the new foot mount included.

I know this is difficult but can anyone describe the sound without the silencer [muffler] as compared with the stock bike and one without the "cat" but with a Remus?

BTW, I know it's each to his [or her] own but polishing the mat parts of a Rockster should be illegal IMHO.

I agree, but it wasn't my job.
However, my bike (the shiny one) was stolen a month ago; last friday I got my new one, which is as it should be: flat black.
