Brightest bulbs for stock assembly

I was at the parts dept at the non-brand specific cycle store the other day and figured I'd get headlight and tail light bulbs.
The guy didn't know what the stock setup was and couldn't recommend a bulb.
Anyone know:
a) the brightest bulb you can buy to fit in the stock assembly and
b) an online source to obtain these?

I'm using Philips X-treme Vison +100% in the headlight which they claim delivers double the brightness of a stock 55W halogen bulb even though it uses 55W. Really it seems like it's 75% brighter than stock, and a significant improvement.

There are halogen bulbs available for "off-road use only" that are brighter and draw more current (100W), which the wiring to the headlamp can't handle without adding a separate relay.

In town during the day I burn the high beam for increased conspicuity, and it does makes a difference in how well cagers see me.

I run high beam consistently during the day. I also run a set of LED running lights that I bought off of eBay similar to these. Mine are 5" with a 30 degree beam, are considered 27 watt lamps. A pair makes my headlamp look like a candle. I don't run them at night, just daytime so people don't pull in front of me. And they work!! They are not DOT legal in Va so I pull them for state inspection and re-attach after.

I paid about $25 shipped for the pair. The choices available are near endless. I've been running them for 3+ years now with zero failures.

Those look like what I want but where did you place them and how did you connect them?

My brackets were given to me by a friend. They may have originally come from a company called Clearwater Lights.https://clearwaterlights.com/

The lights are connected to an underseat fuse box and controlled by a simple toggle switch attached to the bars. This is not an ideal solution as the switch is not totally weatherproof. I have a device called an Autoswitch yet to install to control switching of the lights by way of the existing turn signal cancel switch. I have them on a weatherproof power cable that I can unplug when I take the bike in for state inspection. I have to remove the lights and reinstall afterwards.
