slave cylinder and transmission reinstall question

Post by hardyt »

Hi, how can I tell if my slave cylinder and transmission is reinstalled correctly? I'm getting a feeling that the slave cylinder is not pushing the clutch in. Is there a way to verify this? In 6th gear with the clutch held in I see the fly wheel turning when I turn the drive shaft. The fly wheel should not move, correct?
Thanks!

Just a follow up: it was the speedbleeader. It wasn't sealing properly. Threw it away and just popped the ball valve to bleed it.

I kept my stock bleed screw too. i saw no reason to change it. have a speedbleeder in the toolbox if it should fail. 8)
