Post by Motorman587 »

Muffler removed and love the sound, but having a problem locating a slash cut straight pipe 8 inch long. Any suggests or help. Be gentle new guy here.

Any reason you chose a straight pipe, rather than the Radiant Shorty? They are touted as producing a much nicer tone than a straight pipe.

make one?

you don't need a long pipe - a short stub from the catalyser works very well.

I got one at one of the chain auto parts stores, it was a was an 8 inch, with an angle cut, cost was about $10-15 .

Slipped right over the cat outlet .
