Torque settings

Does anyone know a link to where I can find torque settings for servicing certain items on my bikes (R1200S, R1200R, F800R)? Looking for some basic stuff like: brake calipers, front/rear wheel bolts, valve covers, handle bars, etc., etc. I know this sounds stupid, but I have the fear of stuff loosening up, and what do I do---over tighten and strip it.

I appreciate the advice guys,

That is perfect!! Did that come out of a service manual, or the owner's manual? If it's the owner's manual, I feel like an idiot!
