Today for the first time my hands did not go numb after riding for twenty minutes.
I rode for two hours and no numbness.
I just had riser/backs installed that moved the bars three inches up and three inches back.
Will send pictures over the weekend. It gives me a very neutral sitting position.

I'm also interested to see what you did.
I have 3.5" Rox risers on mine. Assuming I have them at a 45 degree angle, that's about 2.5" up and back. So you went up and back about 0.5" more than me.

Re: Custom bar riser/back
I wish I knew about them prior to having these made.
Hope this works.

Well, I don't think the Rox go back quite as far, so yours seem to have some advantage. With my higher than average seat (Russell), I can still sit straight up, but don't have much arm bend at that point.
Who made those for you? It almost looks like they would touch your tank there in the back.
