1200S high handle bars

Post by cone »

I have ordered a Schnitzer high handlebar conversion for my R1200S from Germany. After the Rockster I find the S uncomfortable on long trips but am not sure whether the conversion will be worth the trouble and expense. Has anyone done this? Any advice will be appreciated.

i had a r1200s for a couple of years , considered doing this conversion , sadly sold the bike , i am sure it would be a great conversion to do as the bike is excellent . :)

I did the conversion, actually a bike shop had to do it for me, but it makes a huge difference to the comfort factor.

hi cone
do you have any pics to put up?
must be great to to ride with straight bars , set up with rear sets , great ride position. feel like a ducati s4rs or a aprilia tuono.
