I can't see what design flaws it addresses in the original R12R design. The front end looks heavy heavy heavy, and that isn't a good thing. Lots of unsprung weight there. The LED lights are an obvious joke, and the rest of it? Meh.. Ugly.

Actually, the bike designer/builder does some really nice work.

He was engaged by someone who designed the front suspension to build the bike specifically so the front suspension could be patented. For that he needed a functioning prototype with the suspension as designed.

Is it a prettier R1200R? No
Is it a better R1200R? No
Does it have a better than stock suspension? No

As I recall the bike designer/builder was particularly proud of it because it was one of his first build efforts. Previously his only output was cad files and this was a real bike.

First bike I've seen in a while that makes the Victory Vision look good. The Vision is now the SECOND ugliest bike I've ever seen!
