R1200R Frankenstein Muffler Surgery part 2

Post by plumber »

Does anyone have an OEM R1200R muffler that has been run over by a truck, or been scraped up by an unplanned slide, or otherwise savaged by the laws of physics? I need the inlet pipe and the inlet portion of the muffler intact. Sell it to me for my Frankenstein Muffler mod.

I've had two offers for $100.00 for perfectly good, undamaged mufflers. Due to the guaranteed destruction of the muffler, coupled with a probability of failure, added to the cost of the Supertrapp, plus stainless steel welding that I need to farm out, my out-of-pocket cost is high. Your price is high.
