Help! Got a battery problem

Yikes. Found out what it's like to have no battery power yesterday. No warning just not enough power to start. Luckily I was at home.

Bike was totally fine 2 days previous during 2 hour blast around local area. Went to start her yesterday and all I got was a "clicking" sound. Still managed to get warning display lights, when turned the key, plus indicators, horn , lights all seemed to work fine.

Removed battery and put on slow charge. Reading awas 11.7 volts at start.

Battery replaced under warranty 12 months ago .

Am wondering if it is the Autocom I have wired direct to battery (but this is supposed to activate (and consume power) when rider lead is connected , and it wasn't.
However, I did leave the MP3 lead connected (but not the MP3 itself) so wondering if this has activated the Autocom to pull some current and gradually drain the battery over the last 2 days.

Any thoughts anyone?

Disconnect the negative battery lead and put an ammeter between the lead and terminal to see if it is drawing any current. If it is then disconnect your intercom wire and your mp3 lead and see if the load goes down. If there's no load then maybe your battery is on the way out.
