Pirelli Diablo sale...

Post by tobes »

$190 for a set of Pirelli Diablo Supersports. Seems like a pretty good deal. I use the Scorpion Syncs and like them very much. I haven't tried the Diablos yet. Anyone use these?

My friend has the Diablo Stradas (sport/touring compound) and likes them a bunch. He has them on his FJR and is a fairly aggressive rider, 5K and still looking good. These are "sportier" and should work very well on a rr and I would think they are a close match to the Road Attacks, etc. I just put on some Bridgestone 016s, but was given a brand new Diablo "3" I am going to try next. This is a smoking deal. At the very worst they will be a very good tire at a great price.

Safe travels

I'm going to find out. Just went and bought a set at one of their local stores. Guy in the store said the compound is softer than the Scorpions and will handle the canyons even better. Hope so. There's about another 1k left on my Scorps then I'll put the Diablos on and can give a comparison.
