gas mileage improvement?

OK this is for a 1100GS but the two are the same no?

I am getting 39 at the best and ~35ish w/out being careful.
I used to milk close to 60mpg out of a weestrom and sv650 so I am eliminating my right hand as the cause.

tire pressures...36f/39r
air filter new
plugs new
TB synched
valves set
tranny and FD Mobil 1 75/90


what else to do?

Put the appropriate amount of Techron in a full tank of gas, and clean the injectors...
