You can make your own if you are mechanically handy and have a few things, if not get a mate who is to make it. Go down to your local hardware shop and get either a bolt or nut which measures 22mm across the flats. With the nut just weld it to a piece of flat bar or the neater way is use the bolt - drill a hole through the flat bar put the bolt in the hole and weld it on the backside.

i carry with me a craftsman spark plug socket - where the hex on the end just happens to be exactly the right size for the axle. i can use a 3/8" drive with it by just going in through the plug end with an extension.

Yes, I have one of those plug sockets too which as Don says just happens to have a 22mm AF - unfortunately mine will not allow me to do that as it has a rubber / neoprene cushion designed to protect the spark plug built into it so I had to revert to plan B the bolt / nut/ welding & flat bar!

Mine is a Craftsman 13/16" 3/8-drive spark plug socket, Sears part number 43325. The rubber insert pulls out easily and the tool is easily converted from spark plug to front axle use.

I use a 22mm Lug Nut ..... McGard M14 x 1.5 22mm 4 64014 (4 pack) http://www.mcgard.com/
Available at your local automotive store!!! Sticks out enough for 22mm socket wrench to fit on (works GREAT)

Dunno what make mine is but even if I take out the rubber / neoprene thingy you cannot het the square of the extension thru to the inside of the 22mm.
