Are we talkin' about 72 vestal virgins and free viagra?

When you get to a certain stage, it doesn't matter if you have any lead left in your pencil if you don't have anyone to write to.

Easy there, big fella. There were only 7 Vestal Virgins in ancient Rome.

And they were VIRGINS (for at least 30 years anyway......) [-X

Who needs Viagra. With 72 virgins, Lipitor would probably work!
The day loops are in the works and will be posted. The approach routes to the CPH are the next in line.

hahaha, you all are getting impatient, eh?

Cam, the reason you can't find this place on the map is 'cause it's the most remote location in pennsylvania!

Valet? they don't know what that it is.

This place is more po-dunk than W.Virginia. If that is even possible.

Sorry to all of you who have mentioned the desire for overflow accomodations. Beth is getting back to me today with the place AND the number!

Have no fear grasshoppas, we will find you place nice.

come to think of it, there are some lean-to's next to the outhouses... :-k

alright guys...fairly decent SNAFU here.

Annex 2, the 4 private rooms that were cash only, has been closed. This Annex is owned by private owners that sublet it to the hotel. They have decided to sell the property and have witheld it from the owners of the Central Park Hotel.

The follwing is the order in which people responded to my original post. This is how I will re-assign the rooms and figure out who needs to move from the CPH to the overflow.

I need a reply back from those guys who were in the annex 2, the ones with the single queen beds. I want to know if you prefer a room in annex1 (two double beds/private bath) or the hotel (two double beds/shared bathroom) or if you want the overflow. It is within walking distance and costs $55/night with capacity of each room ranging from 2-4 based on sleeping preferences/hanky panky.

Based on these responses I will then have a new room assignment. There will definitely be some being displaced out of the hotel and into the overflow.

I'll respond for Vann and myself since he might not see this until tonight.

I am confused though as I thought we were assigned to the Hotel. Are we affected by non-availability of Annex 2?

EVERYBODY who responded AFTER the guys in annex 2 are affected. These guys were among the first to say yes a few months back. I am giving them the opportunity to stay within the Bash main location if they want to.

Sorry.

1. Scotty, DO NOT move anybody out of the hotel just to accommodate someone from the Annex. Bad JuJu!!!!

2. For me, and me only, I'll make my arrangement to camp at Rickett's Glen. So no harm, no foul.

3. When CPH refunds my $20.00 deposit, let me know. Also, cancel my breakfasts.

4. Find out how much they want for the Annex building, Maybe I'll just buy it and we can still use it!

5. Best to either start a new thread or to PM the Annex 2 guys to insure they get this soon. 9 pages of L'Bash doesn't always get a read.

For me, in order of preference: Annex 1 then overflow. If there's a single room in overflow, then overflow, then Annex 1.

hey guys, we're all gonna have a place to stay. i was just trying to be as judiciously fair as possible. who would have known that one of the annexes would become unavailable?

we have a lot of people yet there's alot of room. if people want their own room, then we have less room. so far, only one person needs a room by themselves. this provides for alot of space for people.

Cam, don't camp unless you want. I'll give you my room at the hotel. No prob. You're a class A man and I will do no less then what you would do in the same situation.

I also heard that about 5 miles away there is camping with cabins. If you're interested in that, let me know and i'll have Jim(stDoclizard) find out the specifics.

Hang in guys, it's all good! I'm gonna make the proprietor have a cold keg of local microbrewed stuff waiting at the hotel for this snafu!!!

I'd prefer a room somewhere since I would rather not camp in bad weather (if I plan on camping, it will rain - especially if Brian is going, and camping). My planned roommate has fallen through, so I can either share a room/cabin with someone if needed. The cabins sound interesting. More details on those?
