Changing Lock cylnder

Post by Green Hornet »

Help

I removed the exhaust bought a used full size side case but can't seem to figure out how to switch out the lock cylnder so as to have the same key for both.

Call me dumb. Thought it would be and probably is simple but can't see the forest for the trees.

Thanks

See if this helps.
I have no experience with this but saved this in case I ever got the full size case for the left side.

That link is the best. The BMW rekeying instructions are useless. Print those pictures and save them. I've used mine several times.
I don't get caught in the rain, I ride in it on purpose.

Thanks All

The links helped. i would have removed the lock and had pieces all over the floor.

I just want to swap the lock from one bag to another.

This will do just fine.
