Help finding Torx bolt

Hi all.....does anyone know where i can find a Torx M5x28 bolt? I lost one that goes on the gas cap ring. :oops: . Any info or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

Try Lowe's, if not find, a fastener wholeseller in your area.

Why not just buy it through your BMW dealers spare parts...That way you know it will be the right one and look the same as the others.

Think i'm gonna do that, just a bit lazy and looking for something more local. The nearest dealer is about 50 miles away :roll:

Let's see......

Dealer, 50 miles away and probable cost for the bolt....$4.....well what the heck it's a good excuse for a ride...... :lol: :lol:

Always thinkin on 2 wheels :D . Work till 5, dealer closes at 5 xcept thurs. Hopefully it'll be decent on thurs or sat. Cold, I can deal with, snow, not so sure.

I tried putting that into the chicago bmw site yesterday and it said no part found?
