BMW R1200R R1150R/T F800 K1200R R1100R/T R1250R RnineT Message Board

My wife and I are going to Switzerland this summer and I can take one day to rent a motorcycle and ride some Alps roads. We'll be staying in Grindelwald and I've tracked down a BMW rental place in Thun, which is reasonably close. Interlaken is also close. I'm not sure yet if I want to hire a guide or not. I need advice.
I believe we have a Swiss guy or 2 on board so maybe I can get some local info and a point in the right direction for one full day of riding in the Bernese Oberland area. I'll be solo, my wife will do a *spa* day
