Exactly where do you attach the Laminar Lip on sports shield

Also, the scotch locks are about 5/8" in dia. Is that the factory size? Thanks

That sounds right on the locks. They were pre-stuck to the lip, and you just peel the backing and give it your best shot at placing right the first time. :shock:

They tell you to have a friend sit on the bike and eye-ball it as you're getting close to the shield. Have him direct you much the same as if you're hanging a painting, and he's watching from across the room.

I just test-rested against my shield several times, then I loosely placed a few 'guides' of pieces of duct-tape. I really feel I got LUCKY, in that I placed it really no more than a hair off(to the bike's right). Close enough for government work! 8)
