Great writeup and pics. I'm really looking forward to Hungry Mother this weekend; too bad you can't make it. Last weekend I was thinking the weather would've been perfect - glad you got to take advantage of it.

I love it! Excellent report yellowjacket. So glad you enjoyed the road as well.
What days did you finally get to ride through? It's good to know the locals were nice to you.
BTW, if you ever want to get to Loretta Lynn's hometown it's in eastern KY. Inez to be exact. I'm in that area for work sometimes and there's a McDonalds in nearby Prestonsburg with autographed pictures and everything. They're very proud of her there.

P.S. Bummer about the $25 for camping, that had to be for a site with hookups. Just checked, and tent only is supposed to be $19.

Yellowjacket - nice report and pics. Too bad you couldn't join us for the Hungry Mother ride but I intend to ride some of the same roads this weekend! 16 and 58! Yeeehawww!
