I just wanted somewhere to Gripe!!

So a placed an order for a Fenda Extenda! first because it I was tiered of my bike getting dirty but 2nd because it was advertised on sale on the San JOse bmw web site. I finally cancelled my order after waiting 3 weeks
the guy that I talk to gave me some song and dance bout' the internet guy was involved in a car accident and he'll be out for WEEKS so I just went ahead and cancelled!

Wanted to let everyone know of a bad expirience!!

rearro, from what I understand, you should have be taken care of by now, and the situation has been resolved so that problems that you experienced won't happen again.

Deans Bmw Thanks, and yes the situation has been resolved! I asked them to cancel my order. and have not had time to shop for the fender extender so I will get it when I have time to shop online, I thank you whatever it is that you did and I for you taking the time to look into it
