Wunderlich Ergo Comfort Design Seats

Does anyone own a Wunderlich Ergo Comfort Design seat on their R1150R? What is your experience?
I had there tall one. Got a good deal on it but was still a lot of money. Great looking seat. Was hopping it would help out on a long trip last summer. Help keep my rear on the bike longer. But in the end (no pun intended) I found it no better then the stock seat. To be fair I have yet to find a seat that works for me on long trips.
