Lurked for a little while. Thought I buy some other bike, thought I'd wait for the "R1200R vapor bike"....changed my mind a few times...had the RSS feed to craigslist going while at work/home/PDA/Blackberry...when what should pop up??!!
Picked up a gently used R1150R with 1600 miles on the clock from a good P.O. last night. Rode it home 30 miles in some rather chilly weather.
Am I ever happy that I decided to buy used, have patience, and be ready to move; All the things I picked up about buying this bike from this forum.
This is a great bike.

Nice choice, Silver is Such a great color. Gee I thought 3600 miles was pristine when I bought my bike. Enjoy
