Ebay ID's

Should we come up with a list of Ebay ID's here for board members? Maybe we could put it in the Member's only area. I've seen this done on other boards so board members aren't bidding against each other - kind of first person gets dibs.

I'm bidding on a right system case lid and I have a feeling that another member here may be bidding against me. I guess it's everyone for themselves in the normal world, but I was thinking (I know, I shouldn't think) that maybe we could refrain from abusing fellow members.

I don't use ebay that much, but I DID lose out on a set of system cases a couple years ago...That I suspect another board member got because I asked a question in buy/sell section about using GS cases on our RR. I'm not bitter about it. Not in the least. I understand the marketplace a little.

But you're right, and while I'm no communist, it would be a more civil and cooperative thing to do...For our own little tight-knit group.

I'll have to look mine up when I get home. That's how often I use ebay.

Neat idea, R4R&R!!!

I like it. I am pretty sure I have run into the same problem on e-Bay. Oddly enough I have even run into right here in the *Buy, Sell, & Trade" once where a seller "forgot" that I was the first person to e-mail and send a PM to him saying I would gladly purchase the item.

I'll be happy to let you know what my e-Bay ID is...

I don't really think I am "Mister Cycle" but once between contracts I supplemented our income by eBaying motorcycle collectibles and needed a catchy "handle".
