* Ask the individual to smile.
* Ask him or her to raise both arms.
* Ask the person to speak a simple sentence.

I was staring at the price tag of a new R1200RT when the salesman walked up and asked me those exact things. I thought he was nuts, but apparently he was trying to save my life!
I think you will be seeing alot of smiling and raised arms at BMW dealers this year. Kinda like you are being robbed and are happy about it.
