SOLD: FS: R1150R Pirates Lair Stealth Backrest & BMW Luggage Rack Carrier

I recently purchased my 2004 R1150R Rockster which came with these two items that I am happy to sell to someone who will use them.
The Pirate Lair Stealth Backrest is in Excellent condition. It is attached to the luggage rack carrier with all the original parts, including the hand screw for adjusting/removing the backrest from the base plate.
The BMW Luggage Rack Carrier is made up of three plastic molded construction pieces. It has a few surface scratches on the top piece (light grey). The side pieces are black and in great shape. I will include the four screws that attach the carrier to the side case holders (which are required and not included).

Asking $300.00 for the combo. (Pirates Lair sells just the backrest as 'refurbished' for $350)
