I feel for this guy.
I had to get rid of my 1989 Porsche 911 Targa when I went through a divorce.

I thought the whole point of getting divorced was so you could keep all the toys.

Does anyone think that maybe buying the bike caused the divorce?

Bugger, bugger , bugger.
I think the guy couldn't afford it in the first place (hence the sale).
If the R1150R takes a 45% drop in price (used) after 1 year, I can probably hang out for a year or so for a nearly broken in K1200R.
I not too proud to ride a used horse.

I sure hope you are wrong about that large of a decrease. I am hoping the MOTY award from Motorcyclist Mag and the general excellence of the bike will keep its value up up up

It don't matter how much the bike depreciates; I plan on keeping mine for a long time.
