Anyone else had this happen on their bike?

Looks like the tyre is gently rubbing the can at the limit of the swingarm movement. If you look down the side of the tyre, it is VERY close to the can.

.....or there was some kind of tipover or slight spill that caused the muffler to momentarily rub up against the tire.

I've been fettling the bike today, and looking at it, I think it was just mounted badly when I first test-rode the bike (when I took that picture).
I had new z8s fitted before I picked it up and looking at the can now, it's nowhere near in line with the tyre. So I think it was just not fitted quite 'right' the last time it was put on.

No drama. :)

All depends on the budget. If you have to save you can try and use them but its an excuse to upgrade.

Take it off and refit it, it'll probably align properly and be out of the way again.
