Limited visibility with full helmet but neck brace works

I was told more protection is better so I bought an HJC helmet and a Leatt neck brace.
All good until I turn to see the next lane over and the visibility is limited.
The 3/4 helmet has a lot better visibility but doesn't come down enough to make use of the neck brace.
So now I'm looking for a full helmet that has better peripheral visibility, what are you using?

I generally use Arai helmets as they have excellent vision.

I went from a scorpion EX1000, which I loved... to a Shoei. The Shoei is MUCH better made, but oddly, I noticed less in the way of peripheral field of view.
but iv'e adjusted, its no problem.
Put the Scorpion back on to test that out, its definitely got a wider field of view... it just fell apart... lol

I use an Arai RX-Q helmet and a Leatt neck brace. Works great! 3600 mile round trip from Seattle to Denver and back over a week. You get used to raising your head (stretching your neck) when you want to look toward the back left or right.

fwiw I went for the motorcycle shop and tried on arais, shoeis, and a few others and the only one that noticeably gave me greater peripheral vision over my hjc is--17 was the r-alpha 10 so that's what I bought

Used the RPHA twice, and those extra couple degrees of visibility make all the difference when changing lanes at highway speed since now, when I turn my head to look, I can see all the way behind me

+1 on the Schuberth. Wish I had bought it sooner and not wasted money along the way.
