Left nut hurts & sweating on one side after evening rides

I know this can't be related but I have to ask about the uncanny coincidence.
I'm a beginner and a couple evenings last week I took the bike out for 30 min rides in the park to practice.
A day or two later my left nut was sore and I ran a fever and I'm sweating from only one side of my body, weird.
Has anyone else had a weird initial experience after being on a bike for an extended time for the first time?

Fever and testicle pain? Call your doctor!

What kind of specialist would I see about this?
Other than a common cold/flu a general practitioner hasn't been able to provide a proper diagnosis (at least not on me)

Urologist maybe? Or go to the ER.

Go to the Emergency room. You could have a left testicle torsion from bouncing on the seat too hard. It is nothing to mess around with get to the ER.

What kind of a poo

doctor is that? He should have sent you to the ER or at least a urologist.

First & foremost I agree with the others here......see a doctor. Second...maybe , maybe...it is stress related ? Are you relaxed during your rides ? Just for kicks, take your pulse before, during, and after......But more importantly see a doctor.

I'm certainly not relaxed but I think I'm getting a little more comfortable on it.
This started last Thursday night after my ride (I also had a ride last Tuesday night). Sunday night I started to feel better.
The left nut is completely fine now but I'll keep an eye on it. The fever is gone and the sweating is gradually balancing out as well.
I'm thinking it might be that I'm also training for a grappling tournament and have been running my body down as a result. That and I've typically caught colds when exposed to fans so the wind blowing through the kevlar, even though I had a shirt on underneath, is what may have did me in

Maybe this has already been addressed but when I first got my '02 r1150r, my right jewel was aching, thought it was my wallet pulling too much on my jeans. Turns out it was just the way i was sitting on the seat. I come from a "cruiser" background and usually seats are more of a bother on your posterior. But these stock seats kinda "cradle" you and roll you forward, crushing the "boys", so try this - as you sit down, scoot forward as much as you can, then sit. Sound like the opposite of what you should do, but trust me it works. I can ride all day on a stock seat.

I started experimenting with different seating and it makes sense. The last practice ride resulted in far less discomfort, thanks

Probably time for a antifreeze/coolant service.

I think I figured out a solution for the times a cup isn't readily available:
I sit down normally and scoot my hip all the way to the back until my butt hits the back passenger pad portion of the seat and continue riding in that position which leans me forward.
I've not experienced nut pain when doing this.
Thanks for the tips
